Jerry Carter

Jerry Carter is a seasoned sales leader, who began his career in healthcare as a hospital physical therapy and pharmacy technician while attending college.  His selling experience spans the spectrum of healthcare products from ICU Labor and Delivery beds, to ICDs and digital health solutions. Jerry spent nearly 20 years with Medtronic managing provider partnerships and contracts for the entire Medtronic Cardiovascular product line.  He was the 4th employee at Avail Medsystems and was instrumental in building out the first commercial team during the Covid pandemic.

 

Jerry approaches contracting through a problem-solving paradigm, with a focus on understanding the specific obstacles of the clinician, economic buyer, and IT/Legal governance. He is passionate about the interface between sales and marketing and how to coordinate awareness campaigns that dramatically increase the velocity of discovery with healthcare buyers.

 

Jerry completed his MBA at Arizona State University and earned a BS in Finance from UNLV. 

Frank Decker

Frank Decker has held multiple leadership positions in Commercial Operations, Sales, and Corporate/National Accounts.

 

Frank is results driven executive with a successful track record that ranges from scaling early-stage start-ups to significantly impacting the strategy and growth of Fortune 100 companies.  His roles have been varied and include Sr. VP of Commercial Operations, VP of Sales, and Director of Corporate/National Accounts. 

  

Most of his career has been in sales and sales leadership positions with companies like IVAC Corp. (Drug Infusion Pumps and Vital Signs Monitoring capital equipment), Boston Scientific Electrophysiology, Abbott Electrophysiology, Abbott Vascular, Avanos (Pain Management and Enteral Feeding equipment and devices), Avail Medsystems (SaaS based Digital Telepresence), and Rehab Boost (SaaS model AI powered app for remote Physical Therapy and Cardiac Therapy).

 

Frank received his BS in Business Administration (Economics/Marketing) from Wilkes University.

William Alexander

William Alexander is a collaborative business executive with over 20 years of leadership experience and over 15 years of experience in successful strategic contracting at the GPO, IDN, and Regional Hospital System levels in healthcare.  William’s success in securing market access and performance based contractual status is driven by his collaborative spirit in engaging and building internal and external stakeholder relationships through strategic alignment of all involved perspectives and goals resulting in durable, mutually valuable and winning outcomes for all stakeholders. 

 

William’s diverse career in healthcare is inclusive of Sales Leadership, National and Strategic Accounts, Market Access and Business Development, and building formal Sales Effectiveness Training and Leadership Development Programs from the ground up.  His span of market experience overlaps multiple therapeutic healthcare market specialties inclusive of successful tenure with Guidant Corporation, Boston Scientific, W.L. Gore & Associates, Abbott Vascular, Biotronik, and most recently Terumo Aortic where he served as Director, National Accounts. 

 

William completed and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from McNeese State University.
